It was rejected by Council planners and Executive (see page 61 of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fingal.ie\/sites\/default\/files\/2020-03\/variation-no.-2-chief-executive-report.pdf\">Chief Executive&#8217;s Report<\/a> on the Variation) and by Councillors who approved the variation with no change to zoning in Howth at our <a href=\"http:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=129&amp;MId=5274&amp;Ver=4\">June meeting<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tetrarch has produced a &#8216;Masterplan&#8217; for their lands which has generated a lot of concern locally: <a href=\"https:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Tetrarch-masterplan-part-1.pdf\">Part 1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Tetrarch-master-plan-part-2.pdf\">Part 2<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/Tetrarch-Masterplan-part-3.pdf\">Part 3<\/a>.
