data-id=\"https:\/\/consult.fingal.ie\/en\/consultation\/draft-fingal-county-development-plan-2023-2029\" target=\"_blank\">public consultation on the Draft Development Plan<\/a> and decide on <a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=333&amp;MId=5716\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=333&amp;MId=5716\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">proposed amendments to the draft<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>There are a number of controversial rezoning proposals on the Howth (SAAO)<\/a> Buffer Zone on Howth Estate near Balkill Park<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/mgIssueHistoryHome.aspx?IId=59598\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/mgIssueHistoryHome.aspx?IId=59598\" target=\"_blank\">motion 626<\/a> to rezone from High Amenity to residential in the SAAO Buffer Zone on Carrickbrack Road beside Howth Celtic<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/ieIssueDetails.aspx?IId=59773&amp;PlanId=0&amp;Opt=3#AI82210\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/ieIssueDetails.aspx?IId=59752&amp;PlanId=0&amp;Opt=3#AI82189\" target=\"_blank\">motion 628<\/a> to rezone from High Amenity to residential in the SAAO on Carrickbrack Road beside Howth Golf Club<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/mgIssueHistoryHome.aspx?IId=59758\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/meetings.fingal.ie\/mgIssueHistoryHome.aspx?IId=59758\" target=\"_blank\">motion 629<\/a> to rezone from High Amenity to residential in the SAAO on the East Mountain<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Meetings will happen from 3pm to 10pm on the following days: 20th, 21st, 26th, 29th September, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 11th, 12th, 14th October. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They can be watched <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/fingalcoco.public-i.tv\/core\/portal\/home\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fingalcoco.public-i.tv\/core\/portal\/home\" target=\"_blank\">online<\/a> live or recorded, or you can attend at the Council offices on Main St. Swords. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The motions are being taken chapter by chapter and today, 21st September,
