I didn&#8217;t hear about it until just before it was appealed to An Bord Plean\u00e1la (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pleanala.ie\/en-ie\/case\/314487\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.pleanala.ie\/en-ie\/case\/314487\" target=\"_blank\">PL06F.314487<\/a>).
