The proposal is to charge \u20ac1.70\/hr, with a 3 hour time limit. The large car-parking areas at the Harbour are managed by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, who have previously indicated that they would cooperate with Fingal in regulating parking. However, they&#8217;re not involved in the current proposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have submitted<a href=\"https:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Response-to-Harbour-Road-paid-parking-proposal-21a26.pdf\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Response-to-Harbour-Road-paid-parking-proposal-21a26.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> a response<\/a> to the consultation.
