Healy said:<br \/>\n&quot;The fact that these transmitters are illegal has been clear all along.<br \/>\nAn Bord Plean&aacute;la has now upheld Fingal County Council&rsquo;s ruling which<br \/>\nthe mobile phone had company appealed. Hutchison 3G who erected these<br \/>\ntransmitters in stealth must stop stringing out the process and take<br \/>\nthem down now. The local residents and parents of children in the<br \/>\nschool and the school management itself are all to be congratulated for<br \/>\ntheir long hours of civic work in opposing this company.
