I have made an\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/davidhealy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Grange-Road-junction-observation-to-abp.pdf\">observation to An Bord Plean\u00e1la\u00a0<\/a> asking them to require the submission of a revised design and suggested a possible approach based on Dutch practice on distributor road junctions.
