This is in contrast to the situation in many other urban areas across Europe, where drinking water fountains are provided in public streets and parks. I raised it in the Howth\/Malahide Area Committee in <a href=\"http:\/\/davidhealy.dublin13.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Supplement-Final-Publish-of-reports-to-the-Public-07032018-1530-Howth-Malahide-Area-Committee-.pdf\">March<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/davidhealy.dublin13.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Supplement-Final-Publish-of-reports-to-the-Public-06062018-1500-Howth-Malahide-Area-Committee-.pdf\">June<\/a>, and this month I raised it at the full <a href=\"http:\/\/davidhealy.dublin13.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Councillor-D.-Healy-Drinking-Water-Fountains.pdf\">Council<\/a>, as did <a href=\"http:\/\/davidhealy.dublin13.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Councillor-B.Martin-New-Network-of-Water-Fountains-and-Bottle-Refill-Stations..pdf\">Cllr. Barry Martin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On foot of my motion, the Council established a policy of providing drinking water fountains in parks, on streets, and at beaches.
